Payment may be made by personal cheque. It can also be made by Credit Card, but only through the PayPal system. This is both safe and secure, and there are no additional costs to the buyer for paying by this method.
If you simply require a casual, off-the-cuff valuation, this is a service that cannot be provided without seeing the item at first hand, and you would therefore be best advised to approach a local dealer or auction house in your area.
If you have a medal or a collection of medals that you do wish to sell, then your call or e-mail is welcomed, but please note that an offer cannot be made without seeing and examining the item(s). Thank you.

1475. King George IV Wax Profile, c.1825 Pink wax relief portrait of George IV to left, his head laureate. The wax is set on a circular piece of slate and within a red circular case with loop fasteners. 72 mm. (2.75 inches) in diameter. Very fine, some repairs to the wax, but an attractive item. Sorry this item is sold. Notes: Wax models on slate were used by coin and medal engravers in preparing designs, at the early stages of coin and medal production. Rarely do they survive, although in this instance, the setting of the slate into a fitted circular case has resulted in this being one exception.
