Bust of Cromwell three-quarters right, armoured. A cartouche inscribed OLIVAR CROMWEL PROTECTOR V. ENGEL: SCHOTL: YRLAN. 1658 (incuse).

Bust three-quarters right, draped, between two sailors supporting a naval crown above his head. A cartouche below, inscribed MAS'ANIELL VISSCHER EN CONINCK V. NAPELS 1647 (incuse).

Notes:

Comprising two separate plates of silver discretely joined at their rim.  

A particularly nice example, free from the flatness of raised features that is a particular hallmark of such medals.
