First coinage issue, mint mark Thistle, 1603-1604; first bust, square-cut beard.

Condition: Almost very fine

Notes:

A scarce issue with an attractive light-grey tone, the flan full and almost completely circular. Minor weakness on just a few letters, but a pleasing coin overall.
