Large bust of Queen Victoria to left, crowned and veiled. / Enthroned figure of Empire, facing, flanked by standing figures of Science, Letters and Art, opposite those of Industry and Agriculture. In the exergue are five linked shields of ASIA AMERICA EUROPE AUSTRALIA and AFRICA.
